In order to help increasing our merchant and customer base we are looking for an Account Executive – eCommerce. The successful Account Manager – will be responsible for driving and maximizing Moneybookers’ revenues by focusing on building and developing the relationship with existing merchants in the online eCommerce /Retail industry. This will be done by supporting and offering additional solutions to the assigned list of customers. The position is based in Stockholm and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with a winning, fast-growing company that is moving to the next stage of its global development.

Responsibilities:

- Account manager for the online gaming / eCommerce / retail industry
- Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions by up selling new solutions to existing customers
- Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring a larger portion of their business
- Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
- Organise, attend and represent Moneybookers at events and exhibitions tailored to eCommerce/payments
- Support the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers

Essential Skills:

- Outstanding experience in building and developing relationships with existing customers
- Previous experience in building new business is an asset
- Knowledge of eCommerce and online payment industries
- Understanding of website design and basic HTML coding
- A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
- Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills
- High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Degree in a business or related field
- Fluent in Swedish and another European language (Spanish or French being an asset)
