Bi-Lingual Sales Executive @ Skrill

In order to help increase our merchant base we are looking for an eCommerce Sales Executive to add to our growing international team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and maximising Moneybookers’ revenues by focusing on new business sales to companies that require an eCommerce payment solution for their online business.

For this role you will need to be sales-driven, enthusiastic and a pro-active individual with great communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. The position is based in Central London (City) and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with a winning, fast-growing company that is moving to the next stage of its global development.

New business activities will primarily be focused on the UK, but with the opportunity to sell into other European markets and North America.

Responsibilities:

- Create and drive new business activity through sales pitches mainly on the phone, presentations and sales proposals
- Research leads and potential merchant customers to be approached
- Help guide new merchants through integration and account setup
- Grow turnover, profit margin and increase the size of the customer base
- Creation of sales presentations and development of sales propositions
- Close coordination with our anti-fraud- and risk teams to protect our merchants against charge-backs and to avoid payment fraud
- Understand and make use of all Moneybookers products and features to ensure the highest possible payment conversion
- Update sales databases
- Organise, attend and represent Moneybookers at events and exhibitions tailored to eCommerce/payments
- Participation in the development of new ideas, strategies and processes to ensure operational excellence
- To present an outward facing professional image when representing the company

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and preferably another European Language
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SalesForce or similar
- The ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter, results driven and aiming to achieve career recognition and financial reward
- Experience gained in proactive new business sales (within the eCommerce market place would be a benefit)
- Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
- Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
- High internet affinity, high self-motivation and strong commitment

Qualifications:

- Minimum A-level or equivalent standard
