Sales Advisor @ Nochex
Nochex is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help compliment the sales team we have already. The role of a sales advisor includes completing the closure of a customer application for a merchant account with Nochex. The position will involve both inbound and outbound telephone work as well as communication through e-mail and other methods. We are not just looking for someone to sell, we are looking for a bright and hard working individual who has both high expectations of what they can do and achieve. In return, we will be offering a competitive salary with a realistic OTE that has been developed to reward results.
Whilst this is a sales position, you will have a passion for delivering service and quality as part of a team and on an individual basis. You will be encouraged to use your own ability and skills to ensure closure of a sale, and have the ability to resolve queries to the customers satisfaction.
Ideally you will have previous experience gained in a sales position and have an appetite to meet targets through provision of customer service excellence. Experience in the internet sales or business would be desirable but is not essential.
