Senior Account Manager @ Adyen
Position:
• This position is based in the Amsterdam headquarters and reports to the Head of Account Management.
• This person works closely together with the International Sales and Account Management team.
Education:
• Academic, preferably MSc or MBA in business or technical field.
Required experience / skills:
• Proven track record in account management.
• Proven experience and knowledge in online payment industry.
• Flexible, informal yet professional. Excellent communicator.
• Team player.
• Willingness to travel.
Key tasks:
• Responsible for managing relationships with large international merchants.
• Responsible for rolling out our services to new merchants.
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction of their merchant pool
Languages:
• Fluent in English and preferrably another European language.
Background:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management role on complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial services.
• International experience.
Personality:
• Strongly customer driven.
• Independent, self-motivator, intelligent, entrepreneurial.
• Preference to work in a young entrepreneurial environment.
• Wants to work in the forefront of the market.
