HOOFDDORP - Avira, an internet security company, has entered a partnership with GlobalCollect, the Netherlands-based payment services provider, to facilitate its e-payment needs.
As part of the agreement, Avira will be using GlobalCollect to process and reconcile international e-payments. Via GlobalCollect’s single-interface payment platform, Avira is able to process JCB (Japan), Sofortüberweisung (Benelux/DACH/UK), iDEAL and Direct Debits (Netherlands), Boleto Bancário (Brazil), Webmoney (Ukraine/Russia) and IPS (China).
Furthermore, GlobalCollect supplies Avira with daily customized reports containing specific information on every single transaction, including exchange rate details broken down into initial amount and currency, followed by converted amount in the desired remittance currency.
GlobalCollect provides e-payment services for international customer not-present channels such as internet, mail and telephone orders and specializes in a wide range of industries such as travel, ticketing, telecommunications, retail, publishing, portals, online gaming and digital content.
