BRUSSELS | Rentabiliweb announces the signature of a number of commercial contracts with major e-commerce names. These contracts primarily concern the Be2bill payment solution, as well as other Rentabiliweb Group B2B services, such as direct marketing and telecoms.
Through its convergent approach to payment, interactive telecom and marketing service lines, Rentabiliweb now meets the needs of hundreds of e-retailer clients in terms of:
- Acquiring and retaining customers through audience generation, targeting and loyalty operations,
- Recovering \"lost\" or unidentified customers using retargeting,
- Remaining in contact with customers via SMS campaigns, corporate telephone and customer support services,
- Completing, securing and optimising online bank card payments and transactions.
Thirteen months after its commercial launch, Be2bill, the multichannel bank card payment solution, has attracted several hundred e-merchants.
These include: Betclic, Direct optic, NetBet, Aquarelle, Made.com, Kenzo, Placeminute, Winamax, Pecheur.com (Oxylane Group), Sarbacane, MODZ, Expertissim, Happyview, Remixjob, LamaLoLi and Little Fashion Gallery.
In order to support this rapid deployment, the number of Be2bill team members has grown from 12 in January 2012 to more than 80 at present.
\"With improved security, greater flexibility in 3D Secure management, increased marketing optimisation, more options and tracking, better shopping cart conversion rates and fewer abandoned carts, our payment solution is increasingly popular with e-retailers. Be2bill offers them profitability levers that traditional operators do not provide,\" announced Thibaut Faurès Fustel de Coulanges, the President of Rentabiliweb Europe.
The Rentabiliweb Group as a whole has benefitted from Be2bill\'s rapid success, in particular the direct marketing subsidiaries such as Mailorama and Eperflex®, the email retargeting leader in France.
In light of this, a combined Be2bill-Eperflex® option, which makes it possible to reduce abandoned checkout procedures, was launched a few months ago.
The direct marketing momentum can be seen through the signature of deals with major brands such as Zalando, Lastminute, Pixmania, Spartoo, MisterGoodDeal, Meetic, Fnac.com, Ebookers, Marionnaud and Numericable.
Rentabiliweb Interactive telecoms solutions (push SMS, telephone after-sales services, SMS alerts for order tracking, etc.) have attracted several new clients during the last six months, including Rue du Commerce.
Each of these expert solutions optimises a key stage in the client experience. Used together, the synergies they generate allow Rentabiliweb to offer unique commercial capabilities that cover the entire e-commerce value chain.
