ASCHHEIM - German-based provider of electronic payment and risk management services Wirecard has seen its consolidated revenues increase by 19.2 percent in the third quarter of 2011, going up from EUR 70.9 million in Q3 2010, to EUR 84.5 million. In addition, EBITDA has went up by 20.8 percent, reaching EUR 23.2 million during the period under review, as compared to EUR 19.2 million registered during the corresponding period in 2010.
In the first nine months of 2011, consolidated revenues have climbed by 19.3 percent from EUR 194.7 million in 2010 to EUR 232.4 million. EBITDA has totaled EUR 58.6 million, up by 11.1 percent from 2010.
According to the financial results released by the company, earnings per share have reached EUR 0.42, as compared to EUR 0.40 in 2010.
Wirecard has reported a transaction volume processed via the Wirecard platform of EUR 11.2 billion during the first nine months of 2011, up by 23 percent since 2010.
