Adyen to offer localized payment methods in United States

BOSTON – Adyen, the global payments solutions company, today announced that TheNextWeb (TNW), one of the largest and most influential international media companies focusing on Internet technology, business and culture, has expanded its relationship with Adyen to provide payments support in the United States.

 

Enabling U.S. Local Payment Methods

The expansion will enable the TNW Events division to offer localized payments options for its first TNW USA Conference in New York (October 1-2). Adyen already supports TNW Events in Europe and South America.

 

Adyen sponsoring TNW Start-Up Rally

In addition, Adyen will be sponsoring the TNW Start-Up Rally at the conference. Fifteen start-ups out of hundreds of applicants, plus five additional start-ups exhibiting at the show, will be launching their companies or announcing major news on stage at the conference before a panel of judges.

 

To help prepare participants for the Start-Up Rally – and their future success in the global economy – Adyen will host a half-day workshop led by top business executives, serial entrepreneurs and venture capitalists who will consult with the start-ups on business strategies, funding strategies, international payments and new payment technology.
