Sage Launches Payment Processing for Sage ERP & CRM Solution

SYDNEY | Sage Business Solutions has enhanced its Sage 300 ERP platform with the launch of Payment Processing, enabling Australian and New Zealand customers to accept credit and debit card payments for the sale of goods and services.

 

Sage 300 ERP

Sage 300 ERP (formerly known as Sage Accpac) is a comprehensive ERP solution, specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses looking to connect all their business operations and gain intelligent insight to drive growth and profitability. Sage 300 ERP helps to connect processes from each functional area of the business securely and in real-time, aligning front-office and back-office operations.

 

Credit & Debit Card Payment Processing

Sage 300 ERP Payments Processing will now provide Sage 300 ERP users with a complete credit/debit card payment processing solution that enables merchants to accept and process card payments seamlessly from within the Sage 300 ERP product. This solution boosts productivity, reduces manual reconciliation and eliminates errors by automatically recording the card transactions from within the Sage 300 ERP. The solution also automatically generates receipts for those transactions. Sage users can store multiple cards for each customer, pre-authorise a credit card payment, capture a pre-authorised credit card payment, as well as process and refund card payments. At the same time, all sensitive card information is maintained in a secure Sage Payment Solutions vault.

 

Sage Exchange & Payment Express

The new Payment Processing service utilises globally developed processing and payments functionality, including Sage Exchange, a secure and PCI DSS compliant payments platform developed by Sage Payment Solutions in North America, and Payment Express® from Direct Payment Solutions, a secure and PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. All leading credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club are supported.
