ING Belgium chooses Worldline for MyBank eMandates processing

AMSTERDAM | Worldline announces a new collaboration with ING Belgium to implement eMandates by MyBank to process SEPA Direct Debit. This new contract enables ING to offer the MyBank eMandate solution to its consumer, government and business clients.

eMandates by MyBank

MyBank eMandates allows merchants and businesses across Europe to easily get permission from consumers and businesses to debit their bank account in SEPA countries. The eMandate solution is based on online banking services that banks are offering. Consumers and business use their already known online banking service to be identified and to authorise direct debits, avoiding the inconvenience of a paper-based process to give permission.

The automated eMandates solution by MyBank covers the issuing, amendment and cancellation of eMandates in a simple way as there is no need to deal with several layers of barriers. For the selling party - debiting the bank account - eMandates are simplifying the storage and retrieval of payment data.

Facilitate Mandates in a digital world
