LONDON | ReD, a leading global provider of fraud prevention services, has announced a deal with Webteh, a leading Croatian Payment Service Provider (PSP),that will make the ReD Shield® online fraud prevention solution available to Webteh’s high risk merchants.
Webteh is the largest PSP in Croatia, providing payment processing services to banks and merchants throughout Europe and the US, with a primary focus on high risk merchants. Under the new five-year deal, ReD Shield will be integrated into Webteh’s online payment gateway to provide enhanced fraud detection and prevention support to these merchants, helping to reduce high chargeback rates.
Delivered by a global team of risk analysts, ReD Shield® utilises multiple advanced technologies to ensure valuable transactions are processed while fraudulent ones are identified and isolated. ReD has created a number of sector-specific rule sets for Webteh which, with other data attributes and enhanced through the use of neural models, will deliver a robust fraud prevention solution that minimises fraud and chargebacks. Webteh will benefit from a customised order review workflow and a monthly risk review.
