The Indian e-Retail awards were held to recognize the best industry experts who were part of the affluent e-retail industry. The awards created the platform for the Indian players to showcase their expertise and gain prominence in the international markets by acknowledging outstanding creativity and customer service on offer throughout India.
EBS, the fastest growing payment services company in India, won the award due to its innovation within the eRetail industry. It was recognition of the company, who is adding 200 new merchants to its payment platform every month, as having enhanced the online shopping experience by thinking creatively about the point of payment and overall look and feel of the brand. The award was given by Franchise India, Asia's largest integrated franchise solution company, in association with Bloomberg and UTV. Franchise India is regarded by many as the leading regional authority on franchising and licensing.
