AMSTERDAM | Adyen, the global payment solution company and Demandware LINK Technology Partner, announced today that its payment solution has been integrated by Deckers Outdoor Corporation to handle online bank transfers and alternative payment processing for its online stores in Europe.
The footwear manufacturer, whose brands include UGG Australia, Tsubo and Teva, has benefited from the pre-built Adyen integration on the Demandware Commerce Platform, a software-as-a-service platform offering ecommerce solutions to online retailers, meaning that the solution has been rolled out quickly and seamlessly.
Adyen\'s status as a Demandware LINK Technology Partner provides online retailers such as Deckers Outdoor Corporation with access to a next-generation online and mobile payment solution with global coverage. Adyen supports up to 200 local payment methods worldwide via an innovative, hosted payment page which removes the burden of legal and regulatory compliance from the retailer. Adyen’s expertise in processing online bank transfers and handling of alternative payments methods, including iDeal in the Netherlands, was a key reason behind its selection by Deckers Outdoor Corporation.
\"The availability of the pre-built integration to Adyen\'s payment solution on the Demandware Commerce Platform enables Demandware clients to roll out our solution in a fraction of the time normally required for such integrations,\" said Roelant Prins, CCO, Adyen. \"We are delighted that Deckers has chosen to use our solution for online bank transfers and alternative payments across its European online stores and look forward to using our expertise in local markets to increase transaction conversion rates for the company.\"
